The Smoky Hill Ranch event venue and rental, located just outside of Fort Worth, Texas, is the perfect location for all your special occasions. The main house provides a charming and elegant space for your guests to relax and enjoy the festivities. With its tastefully decorated interior and spacious layout, the main house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger events. The bunkhouse, on the other hand, offers a rustic and charming stay, adding a touch of adventure to your event. Whether you choose to host your event inside or take advantage of the beautifully manicured grounds, Smoky Hill Ranch ensures that every detail is taken care of.


The breathtaking beauty of Smoky Hill Ranch is not limited to its indoor and outdoor spaces. This venue also offers a range of amenities to ensure that your event is a success. Smoky Hill Ranch offers access to a full-size sports court with in-ground adjustable basketball hoops, two separate fire pits to gather around, a 24x36 covered pavilion, outdoor games including corn hole, oversized Jenga, four across, a stocked pond for fishing, and outdoor dining tables. In the evenings or early morning, you can sit outside and enjoy the peaceful, relaxing views of wildlife, take a hike, or bike through miles of trails at the Acton Nature Center located less than a mile away (.5 miles).

    "Loved our stay! We had a team retreat at Smoky Hill Ranch. Chandler was super responsive and even sent over a link with things to do and how to manage things on the property. Great tool that I haven’t seen very often with other venues. Loved it. There is plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. The pickle ball court is a big plus and the swings on the porch were loved by all. Everyone made comments on how comfy their bed was. Great job! We had guests over in the bunk house. Worked great. We loved it and would highly recommend. Oh, and the town square is probably 10-15 min drive and worth it. Had such good food at Christina’s!"

    "We had our daughter’s wedding at Smoky Hill Ranch and it was perfect. Chandler was gracious and very easy to communicate with. She provided special attention and detail that made our wedding weekend perfect. The sport court, fishing rods and paddle boat provided some activities we don’t normally get to do at home. The pond was a lovely background for the ceremony. The carport was perfect for the reception with the added electricity and lights. The house was large enough to provide some respite from the heat for our guests when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for family dinner and Father’s Day the next day. We would 100% recommend Smoky Hill Ranch for any occasion or event!"

    "We rented Smoky Hill Ranch for the weekend to use as our wedding venue. The home is gorgeous and the property made the perfect backdrop for our small intimate wedding. Our families enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit, fishing in the pond and playing all of the outdoor games. The entire process from start to finish is as incredible. Chandler is more than a “super host”. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and that the property was well maintained and ready for our special day. We recommend this property 1000%!!"

    "This place was so awesome. We were here for our renewal ceremony and our whole extended family stayed at Smoky Hill Ranch. There was ample enough room and then some. Chandler was so helpful when we were trying to prepare for our nephew, who is in a wheelchair. She provided to options for ramps for us. That meant the world to us. The kitchen was the best part. We were able to cook for everyone and have great family time, since we are active duty military, and we don’t see our family as much. We left a box of wedding stuff there at the home and she actually offered to keep so our planner can get them. We will be staying back here, no doubt about it! We love the basketball courts and the fishing ponds, it is sooo peaceful here… ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE"
